Best Dressed of 2007

As 2007 comes to a close, many magazines are proclaiming this or that starlet to be the best dressed lady of the year. I thought I’d chime in with my opinion on the issue. While perennial favorites such as Kate Moss and Sienna Miller continue to garner praise for their fashion sense, I would like to nominate a young lady who has been just recently come into her own in terms of style. Emma Watson, British star best known as Hermione from the Harry Potter movies, has matured from a slightly awkward preteen to a gorgeous and well-dressed young woman.
Emma definitely knows how to dress on the red carpet, and can dress herself for big events without the help of stylists. She has even scored herself a deal as the new face of Chanel! Despite all of her success, she still seems to have a level head on her shoulders and has dreams of attending Oxford University. Of course, with this Best Dressed Award, I’m not honoring her cute smile, acting talent, or intelligence, but rather her ability to look effortlessly glamorous at all times.
