Sarah Kaufmann is a big cheese in the edible art scene. Kaufmann, the “Cheese Lady”, creates beautiful sculptures, out of cheese. Sarah has been featured on the FoodNetwork’s Unwrapped, the Tonight Show with Jay Leno,  The Today Show & the Rosie O’Donnell show to name a few. Check out her gallery on her website. Below is a a sculpture of ABC Monday Night Football hosts John Madden and Al Michaels. I’m impressed!
