Here are a few albums that are on constant rotation on my iPod! Check them out if you are in need for some rad summer tunes…
Duffy - Rockferry
- Very good melodic Amy Winehouse-esque tunes without the messed up crack attack. I don’t like Amy Winehouse, but I sure do like Duffy. Check it out. Fave songs from her new album: Rockferry, Warwick Avenue and Delayed Devotion.
The Teenagers - Reality Check
- Some fun Synth Pop from this French Band. The lyrics are quite comical and lude, but thats what makes the songs so catchy. The beats are definitely catchy for those Synth Pop lovers out there. Fave songs from their album: Homecoming, Wheel of Fortune and Feeling Better.
Tokyo Police - Elephant Shell
- what can I say? An AMAZING first album from this amazing band. Their EP was great but their album is definitely better. A lot of kickass indie rock tracks, that are perfect for wherever you are heading. I can’t even describe how much I love this album…so just listen to it…. Fave songs from their new album: Centennial, In a Cave and Listen to the Math.
