Jamba Juice Toppers

You know how they say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day? Well, Jamba Juice is trying to prove that right. They had a breakfast weight challenge to promote their newest fruit concoction and my friends have been ranting and raving about it. My friends who work in downtown happen to have access to Jamba Juice every which way they turn, I, on the other hand, am not as fortunate.But it just so happens that today, I walked pass my usual bus stop and stopped by a Jamba Juice because I was feeling famished and thirsty after my morning workout at the gym. I decided to finally give these “toppers” a go. I walked up to the counter and ordered the Mango Peach Topper with a free energy boost. (The other two flavors include: Berry Topper and the newest, Chunky Strawberry Topper.)I would agree with my friends, it is delicious and nutritious. Not only is this breakfast packed with real fruit, it’s topped with crunchy granola. (I noticed there were flaxseeds, which are good for your cardiovascular as well as intestinal health, and there were pumpkin seeds, which are full of vitamins and amino acids.) I got the sixteenth serving, which is a little bigger than the twelve. It’s almost noon, and I’m not reaching for the junk food in the breakroom like I usually do around 9:45 am. (That’s a plus!)
